MetCon Mania 9 am

Bring a friend, spouse, kid, whoever you want. You can do the partner workout or solo. Just so you can prepare your friend the workout is below. You can use a kettlebell, dumbbell, odd object. If you choose you can do goblet squats in the partner workout but I want newer people to do just air squats and possible reduce the reps for them, even if they workout this is a lot of volume they probably are not ready for! Everyone can do kettlebell swings but same thing goes for those, please have newer people do russian eyeball level swings. Just safer if they have never done them before. See you in the morning!
