Getting started is simple:
Schedule a free private introductory session to complete your baseline fitness assessment (a very basic CrossFit workout). We can schedule this right away! You can just come in and talk about the program and tour the facility if you’d like to as well.
If you want to join, then we can schedule you for our Essentials program, where you will learn all the basic movements that we do here at CrossFit TakeOff. (3) 60 minute sessions in a small group setting will prepare you to join the group WODs.
